szarabasjkait finally happened.
after an insane restless night I finally snapped, I came work and when the chief said something at me I cracked, he left and I collapsed, started crying and hyperventilating, the memories are here again and swear I want just to curl and stay in bed, Wish I could.
I was sent to talk to the shrink that saw me after my first melt down amd the anger issues, right whe I came back, now I feel sad and I need a hug *pouts* why can't I be just fine?
Why now?
