So here it is:
****

John Woke up, only slept like two hours, but was breakfast time and Dean and Sam sure were hungry. He moved out of bed and called the boys, even the TV was off, and that was unusual "Dean!!" called but heard nothing, They were in some place in Indiana for the last three days, soemthing was hunting kids and killing them. He even asked for bobby's help, he needed someone to dress up as Santa to be around kids without raising suspicion. how they laughed of the costume.

Moved to the Kitchenete "Boys!!" called again while taking the cereal and the milk out, noticed two bouls on the sink with two glasses, the kids had breakfast already. Last night he shot the thing he was hunting preventing it to get more victims and now his boys have shown to be self suficient beings, couldn't be better for an early morning, he was feeling happier than he felt in a long time, Dean was a great help at 6. Such a god kid

"Dean, Sam!! where are you?" asked and moved to the room they were sharing when his eyes caught something, a line of salt on a window was broken and the sage and cat's eyes shells kicked away, and he pannicked

"Boys!! SAM!! DEAN!!" screamt running around the small apartment, stop suddenly to mess his hair, breathing deep, there was no blood, he had time. took his gun and moved to the window to seal the line while dialing for Bobby "Bobby, the Gouhl Followed me, think it took the boys" his eyes traveled across the street and saw two boys walking hadn in hand, the taller one looking both sides before they cross the street, the small one talking to his brother nonstop, the taller holding a small bag on his free hand that looked like candy, the small one smiling, dimples deep on his rosy chubby cheeks, waving a square piece of paper.
"DAMN boys!!!" said anger and relief pushing him out the door, saw the kids getting on the sidewalk "Dean!!" screamt angry, the kid blinked surprised by the tone of his voice

"Daddy!! Daddy, we saw Santa!!!" screamt Sam running to him waving the paper on his hand, John picked him up checking him for any kind of damage, then took Dean's arm and started walking to the motel room

"How many times I told you not to go out without permission!!!" yelled shaking Dean's arm

"I'm sorry.. but we saw on TV that Santa would be there today... and I wanted to take sammy..." another jerk

"Never leave without telling me!!!" and Dean was about to cry "Don't be stupid... Santa isn't real" Dean gasped

"we've been good... and presents..." mumbled

"he won't come, IS NOT REAL!!" spat angry holding his son hard "and stop crying like a girl" Sammy started crying.

"That's not true!" Dean stop and John had to stop too, Sammy wiggiling on his arms "Lots of people have seen him!!" John was out of his mind and Dean's defiance only made it worst. He slapped Dean across the face.

"SHUT UP!!" screamt and holding him by the shoulder keept talking "Stupids that think they deserve presents, Stupids that think monsters aren't real, those who still have their mothers, they think they've have Seen Santa" mocked "you should know better" and left his son behind. "NOW HURRY UP!!"

Dean cried for hours after that.

***************
"You Bastard!!!" Bobby growled getting closer to John, "you piece of shit!!" John frowned, never saw the fist coming, never saw the second punch either, or the third, everything was a white light in his eyes "Why you told that to your son!!"

"He has to learn not to believe stuff..." mumbled, Bobby came to check on them a couple hours after the call, and went straight to see the kids when he saw John holding a beer that early in the morning.

"he's six!! Winchester, he's a baby!! he deserves to believe in whatever that would make him happy!!" shook him by the neck still holding him down "and you!! his father, just broke his heart..." and "you're very lucky your son is smart enough... " and his voice trailed off. Bobby moved towards the room the kids were sharing "wanna know what the kids did? they saw us last night, me in Santa's costume, and they came to see me to ask presents for you, FOR YOU!!!" John kept quiet, nervous and feeling guilty.

"they left.. when I woke up.. they were... gone, I was scared, I won't let my kids get hurt, Bobby... I love them, I was just..." John hid his eyes from his friend, tears filling them.

"here..." Bobby throwed something at him, the square paper Sam was holding "that was for you" it was a picture, Sam and Dean on Bobby dressed as Santa's knees "I'm taking them out, Dean is too upset to be near to you right now" he entered the room and walked out, Sam hiccuping on his left arm and Dean on the right one, face against his neck to muffle sobs, his whole body shaking.

John wanted to hold him, to say how sorry he was, heard Bobby soothing him Is okay boys, we're gona get something to eat, okay? hot chocolate and pie... Bobby kissed Dean's hair.

"everything is gonna be okay now" said louder looking at John with the same anger than when he throwed those punches.

"Daddy?" asked Sam on Bobby's arms still crying "IS Santa Coming? Dean Says he'll come even if you don't like em" Bobby shushed Sam on his way to the door and left.

**********
"Dean...eat your pie..." asked Bobby, Sammy was asleep on the boot of the diner they were in "please.. you haven't said anything..." his hand caressed the small cheek where the black started, wished he could erase the damage in some way.

Dean raised huge green eyes, rimmed in red and still full of tears and swallowed hard before talking "you think its because I'm bad? that's why dad told me Santa won't come?" and started sobbing again hiding his eyes, Bobby moved to hold him, a painful knot on his troath, caressed Dean's back until he was a little calmer

"You're the best kid ever!" Bobby's heart clenched, how could a 6 y.o. think like that? "never ever let anynbody tell you different, okay? you're a great kid" Dean blinked and tears rolled down his freckled little face "your dad...he was just angry and you know it... he didn't meant it, Dean, he doesn't believe in good things" smiled caressing Dean's hair "sometimes grown ups get too sad to believe in good things"

"because mommy died?" said wippping his little nose with his sleeve, Bobby took a napkin and made him blow his nose.

"yes... " what he could tell the kid? "he's sad and was worried..." Dean shook his head

"I just wanted to take Sammy to see Santa, I know is not the real one, but I wanted Sanny to see A santa, Any Santa..." and started crying again "so this year he doesn't forget us, last year we didn't get anything..." Bobby started crying right there cursing mentally John Winchester. the waitress passed by and refilled Bobby's cup, her eyes traveled from the sobbing mess on Bobby's arms to the other kid sleeping

"bad day?" asked. Bobby nodded, she caressed Dean's head and left

"Santa won't forget you this year. He won't, I promise, even if I have to kidnap him... or stole his bag" Bobby kissed the blondle little head "but you have to promise me you'll never again leave without telling dad where are you going okay? now eat your pie..." Dean tried a weak smile

"yessir" and he held his fork. It took several minutes for him to be calmed enough to actually enjoy the pie. the waitress came back with crayons and painting books for both kids and once again caressed Dean's head when he said thank you

************
"There you are..." John was smiling, shoulders slumped, hands in pockets, saw Bobby carrying a sleeping Sammy and Dean holding the edge of his coat to follow him, carrying his books and crayons, John moved fast to help his oldest son but Dean recoiled hiding behind Bobby gasping scared.

John started crying, his kid was afraid of him, noticed the black eye "Oh God... I'm so sorry Dean" kneeled and tried once more to reach him but he kept moving away. John covered his eyes for a second hiding his tears, Bobby pushed Dean towards his dad and the kid obeyed, got close to Dad and hugged him

"Don't cry Daddy, don't be sad..." and started crying too. John held Dean close repeating over and over he was sorry, then they heard a wail, Sam was awake and crying because they were crying, John held Dean on one arm and moved to hold Sam too, Bobby couldn't help it, since he let out his tears aswell, two adults crying the way they were crying was too funny to ignore.

"shut up you..." said John while showing the kids the decorations he put while they were out with Bobby. It took only a minute for Sam to be laughing again

*************
Dean woke up, was still dark and moved out of bed when he heard voices
"...I got distracted... I'm sorry..." said Dad to a fat man in a red suit, both were having a beer in front of a bunch of wraped presents over the table

"they're good kids, and deserve better than you forgeting their presents on christmas" said the man.

"I know... I can't promise it won't happen again... but I'll try"

"Maybe you could leave them with me around this time of the year..." Dean gasped Santa wanted to take them with him? away from dad? to north Pole?

"NO!" he said going out, Dad turned to see him "I'll never again ask for presents Santa just don't take us away from dad?? Please??" and started crying holding dad's shirt and closed his eyes, scared his dad will sent them away with Santa. John held him close.

"You're not going anywhere... we're family Dean, and family always stays together okay?" rubbed circles on his back to calm him down "they will stay with me... always" he told to Santa

"I can see that... " said santa "A friend of mine told me about you and your brother Dean" he said and Dean looked at the man "I'm sorry I forgot you last year, but you're always moving and I guess the list wasn't updated... I brought you something for last year too..."

"And something for Sammy aswell?" asked Dean and John chuckled

"Yes, Sammy has his own presents" and motioned for Dean to get close "now come here... you asked for something else, right?" John let his son go, Santa took something from his pocket, a small box "this is what you and your brother asked my helper yesterday... don't give it to him before christmas " whispered, and Dean Smile was so bright it could have lit the entire city of New york.

"Thanks!!" said hugging santa.

"Santa!!!" Sammy was running to them squealing "Santa's here!!!" and hugged him.

"Hi Sammy..." said Santa holding the small boy "have you been a good boy?" Sammy nodded

"You smell like Bobby" said Sammy and hugged him again giggling and Santa cleared his troath.

"Okay Winchesters... I have to go" turned to John giving him the smaller kid too "always let me know your new adress, you know right?" John nodded "great decorations" said only half serious pointing to the cheap paper decorations on the wall "bye kids, and Merry christmas"

"Bye santa" repeated them, and Santa closed the door behind him

"WOW!!! we saw Santa!!" screamt Sammy while Dean was laughing, once in the floor they started running and jumping, John got close to his boys

"can we open our pwesents?" asked Sammy after hugging his dad "Now? pwese?" John pretended to think for a scond and said yes just ot hear cheers and laughter.

"Just one, the rest will wait for tomorrow, when Bobby gets here okay?" Dean got a small replica of the Impala and was ecstatic! Sammy had a bright red train. "Now go back to bed, boys... now..." asked John and had to repeat it three times before the kids obeyed, Dean turned from the door and ran back, hugged his dad very tight.

"Are you happy for your presents?" asked John caressing the bruised face

"No. I'm hapy you want to keep us with you" said and kissed his face "thank you" and John cried the rest of the night.

************
That's the first christmas Dean remembers, not all of it thanks God, they got clothes and candy and small plastic soldiers, Sam kept the crayons for years, and with time he noticed that Sam was right and Santa looked alot like Bobby.

The pesents rarely arrived after that cristmas, but he never again cared.

The end.

*************
Hope you like this, merry Christmass guys
