nothing interesting today, nothing at all, had paella for lunch and then just enjoyed TV since I was off, my shrink think I'm fine and that what happened with my dad was just a soldier reaction, that if not the best is normal, and I know it is.
at some point I'll have to start interacting with him again, and with at some point I mean tomorrow when I'll be present for his leg sonogram, seems like the anti clothing medicine had worked good enough.
so.. lets see how it looks in the morning, for now all I want is to go to bed...
