Give the kid enough room to make mistakes, give the kid enough discipline to understand what hard work means, give the kid enough rules to be directed but not enough to be fearful. then he'll learn to work hard, to try again when success is not easy, he'll have rules to live a life without the need of freedom that never was given to them.
Tell the kid what he did right, and what did wrong but as comments not criticism.the kid will learnhow to take the good and bad in life without drama or self esteem problems.
Give the kid love and respect and he'll learn to respect and to love.

Once again fourth of july and I'm n call, I wouldn't want it any other way... there's just too much in my head to try to enjoy the holyday or anything.
thou i'm going to a shooting range this weekend, lets see what happens.
