Give the kid enough room to make mistakes, give the kid enough discipline to understand what hard work means, give the kid enough rules to be directed but not enough to be fearful. then he'll learn to work hard, to try again when success is not easy, he'll have rules to live a life without the need of freedom that never was given to them.
Tell the kid what he did right, and what did wrong but as comments not criticism.the kid will learnhow to take the good and bad in life without drama or self esteem problems.
Give the kid love and respect and he'll learn to respect and to love.

Sweetie: she's the one that helps the Dr when she has pediatrics, never ever gets mad, and knows every character and song from Nick to Disney Channel.
kal: better described as quicklime personality, metal fan, dark nails, long hair, black dressed and mean, she'd cut you in pieces and make a stew out of it.
K-Bear: adorable, but if you're the right one, not everyone calls her that
NIN: the older sister that will give her blood and soul for her kin. and also punish them with loving cruelty.
